Practice Policies Confidentiality & Medical Records
We follow all data protection laws to keep your medical information safe and confidential.
Your identifiable information may be shared in the following situations:
• For your care: With healthcare professionals such as public health / district nurses or hospital staff to provide treatment.
• With your consent: To help you access other services such as social work support.
• When legally required: For example in child protection cases.
We may also use anonymous information (which cannot identify you) to help organisations like the HSE or Government plan health services such as diabetic or chronic care.
If you do not want your anonymised data used in this way, please let us know.
Our reception and administrative staff may access your records to carry out their duties.
All staff follow strict confidentiality rules.

Complaints
We aim to provide the best possible service to all our patients.
However we understand that sometimes things may go wrong.
If you have a complaint:
• Please contact the Practice Manager who will handle your concerns promptly and fairly.
• We will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and amicably.
